Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits with Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad Company for Project P020104, Evangeline Estates Jack & Bore, in the total amount of $6875.00.
Body
WHEREAS, a License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits (see Attachment 1) from the Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad Company was received by St. Charles Parish on April 14, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits is necessary in order to perform a 48-inch jack and bore underneath the Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad at railroad milepost marker 429 + 1670 feet near Montz, Louisiana.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits with Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad Company for Evangeline Estates Jack & Bore be hereby accepted in the total amount of $6875.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement.
