An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning classification from CR-1 to C-2 at Lot 19A of the Charles Natis Tract, Luling, as requested by Triniece Davis.

WHEREAS, Lot 19A of the Charles Natis Tract, located at 1500 Paul Maillard Road, Luling is zoned CR-1; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested to rezone to C-2; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission, at its regular meeting of February 12, 2015, recommended approval of the request and forwarded its recommendation to the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, to approve the change in land use zoning classification from CR-1 to C-2 at Lot 19A of the Charles Natis Tract as requested by Triniece Davis.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect the reclassification from from CR-1 to C-2 at Lot 19A of the Charles Natis Tract as requested by Triniece Davis.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2015 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
