Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of the Remainder of Sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3, Property of the Heirs of Victorine Bailey into Lots 1B, 1AA, and 5AA through 15AA, all located in Section 6, T12S-R7E, lying on the Northwesterly side from River Road (Montz, St. Charles Parish, LA.), with a waivers to hard-surface frontage requirements for Lots 5AA-15AA and Major Subdivision Approval Process, as requested by the heirs of Victorine Bailey.
Body
WHEREAS,      the heirs of Victorine Bailey are the owners of the Remainder of Sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3, all located in Section 6, T12S-R7E, lying on the Northwesterly side from River Road (Montz, St. Charles Parish, LA.) as indicated on a plat by Bodin and Webb, Inc., Consulting Engineers dated 09/10/04, revised 2/18/05, 10/11/05, and 12/08/05; and,
WHEREAS,      the owners wish to subdivide Remainder of Sub-tracts 1, 2, and 3 into and Lots 1B, 1AA, and 5AA through 15AA with waivers to the hard-surface frontage requirements for Lots 5AA through 15AA and the Major Subdivision Approval Process; and,
WHEREAS,      the subdivision and development plan otherwise meet the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      That the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Bodin and Webb, Inc., Consulting Engineers dated 09/10/04, revised 2/18/05, 10/11/05, and 12/08/05 for resubdivision of the Remainder of Sub-tracts 1, 2, and 3 into Lots 1B, 1AA and 5AA through 15AA, all located in Section 6, T12S-R7E, lying on the Northwesterly side from River Road (Montz, St. Charles Parish, LA.), with waivers to the hard-surface frontage requirements for Lots 5AA through 15AA and Major Subdivision Approval Process, as requested by the heirs of Victorine Avril Bailey is hereby approved.
