Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an agreement for a license for a 12" uncased wastewater pipeline crossing with Union Pacific Railroad Company for Project S030101, Phase II: 12" Directional to Plant and Improvements to Jail, Killona, and Paradis Lift Station, in the total amount of $1500.00.
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement for a license for a 12" uncased wastewater pipeline crossing (see Attachment 1) was sent by the Union Pacific Railroad Company on October 13, 2003 to St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement for a license for the 12" uncased wastewater pipeline crossing is necessary in order to perform a bore underneath the Union Pacific Railroad at Mile Post 26.59 on the Livonia Subdivision at Hahnville, Louisiana, as a part of the wastewater improvements associated with Parish Project S030101, Phase II: 12" Directional to Plant and Improvements to Jail, Killona, and Paradis Lift Station.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the agreement for a license for a 12" uncased wastewater pipeline with Union Pacific Railroad Company for Phase II: 12" Directional to Plant and Improvements to Jail, Killona, and Paradis Lift Station, be hereby accepted in the total amount of $1500.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement.
