An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for Lots 88-A, 83-A, and 74-A of Almeida Town Sites in St. Rose as requested by The Three C's Properties, Inc.
Body
WHEREAS, The Three C's Properties, Inc. is the owner and developer of property indicated on a plan dated December 7, 2007 prepared by Richard T. Dading, PLS and titled Final Plat for Resubdivision of a Portion of Lots 72-91, Lots 92-107, A Portion of Spruce Avenue, a Portion of Pine Street, and Lot "A" into Lots 88-A, 83-A, and 74-A Almedia Town Sites Section "A" Section 40 T12S-R9E. St. Charles Parish, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, Portions of Spruce Avenue and Pine Street affecting this resubdivision were revoked under Ordinance No. 07-2-1; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has been constructed in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 as amended; and,
WHEREAS, required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached Act of Dedication for Lots 88-A, 83-A, and 74-A Almedia Town Sites and waterline servicing these lots is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Final Plat and Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this _______ day of ___________, 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
