Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning reclassification from W-1 to OL at Lot 36 Coteau de France (Proposed 519 Ridge Rd), Des Allemands, as requested by Rory and Roxanne Comardelle.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning the property from W-1 to OL; and,
WHEREAS, the St Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommended denial of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of May 7, 2015.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, to approve the change in land use zoning classification from W-1 to OL at Lot 36 Coteau de France (Proposed 519 Ridge Rd), Des Allemands,, as requested by Rory and Roxanne Comardelle.
SECTION II. That the St. Charles Parish Department of Planning & Zoning is authorized to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from W-1 to OL at Lot 36 Coteau de France (Proposed 519 Ridge Rd), Des Allemands, as requested by Rory and Roxanne Comardelle.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2015 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
