Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Edward A. Gaubert endorsing the positive decision of the Planning & Zoning Commission regarding PZS-2003-79, a resubdivision of Lots 12-C and 5 of Section B of Ellington Plantation into Lots 12-D, 12-E, 12-F and 5-A located in Sections 13, 14, & 15, T13S R21E.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) requires Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waivers to subdivision regulations; and,
WHEREAS, Edward A. Gaubert, property owner, wishes to subdivide Lots 12-C and 5 of Section B of Ellington Plantation into Lots 12-D, 12-E, 12-F and 5-A located in Sections 13, 14, & 15, T13S R21E; and,
WHEREAS, Edward A. Gaubert requests a waiver from the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations Section III.B.3 requiring street frontage for proposed lots 12-D, 12-E, and 12-F.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides mandatory supporting authorization to Edward A. Gaubert endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-79 for a resubdivision Lots 12-C and Lot 5 of Section B of Ellington Plantation into Lots 12-D, 12-E, 12-F and 5-A located in Sections 13, 14, & 15, T13S R21E.
