Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Louis V. Hose - "R & M Engineering and Construction" - a marine construction consulting firm and ultimately as a residential general contractor at 16 Trepagnier Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Louis V. Hose would require Louisiana State licensing for a marine construction consulting firm and ultimately as a residential general contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Louis V. Hose, 16 Trepagnier Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "R & M Engineering and Construction" - a marine construction consulting firm and ultimately as a residential general contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Louis V. Hose a home occupation permit for a marine construction consulting firm and ultimately as a residential general contractor
