An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning classification from R-1A to OL on approximately 11.8 acres of Lot K-1C, Property of Patsye V Keller et al at 165 Vernon's Lane, as requested by Ron Keller.

WHEREAS,      Lot K-1C, Property of Patsye V. Keller is zoned R-1A and OL; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner has requested to rezone the R-1A portion of Lot K-1C, Property of Patsye V. Keller to OL; and,
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommends approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission considered this request at its regular meeting of July 10, 2014, and forwarded its recommendation to the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 81-10-6, to approve the land use zoning classification change from R-1A to OL on approximately 11.8 acres of Lot K-1C, Property of Patsye V Keller et al at 165 Vernon's Lane, as requested by Ron Keller.
      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect said change from R-1A to OL on approximately 11.8 acres of Lot K-1C, Property of Patsye V Keller et al at 165 Vernon's Lane, as requested by Ron Keller.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
 
 
 
 
      And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2014 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
