Title

An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots 91, 93, 95, and 97 into Lots 91A, 91B, 93A, 93B, 93C, 95A, 95B, 95C, 95D, 97A and 97B of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France, Section 39, T14S-R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish Louisiana, with waivers to minimum frontage and square footage on Lot 95A as requested by Chevron USA, Inc.

Body

WHEREAS,      Chevron USA, Inc. are the owners of Lots 91, 93, 95, and 97 of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France, Section 39, T14S-R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish Louisiana as indicated on a plat by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated February 13, 2006 and revised February 23, 2006; and,

WHEREAS,      the owners wish to subdivide Lots 91, 93, 95, and 97 into Lots 91A, 91B, 93A, 93B, 93C, 95A, 95B, 95C, 95D, 97A and 97B with waiver to the minimum frontage and square footage on Lot 95A; and,

WHEREAS,      the subdivision and development plan otherwise meet the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated March 6, 2006 for resubdivision of Lots 91, 93, 95, and 97 of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France, Section 39, T14S-R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish Louisiana into Lots 91A, 91B, 93A, 93B, 93C, 95A, 95B, 95C, 95D, 97A and 97B with waiver to the minimum frontage and square footage on Lot 95A; as requested by Chevron USA, Inc. is hereby approved and accepted.
