Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Richard D. Whitney, Jr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-59 for resubdivision of Lot 6B of a portion of Fashion Plantation into Lots 6B-1 and 6B-2 with a waiver from the required width for Lot 6B-2, Section 5,T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum width for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS,      property owner, Richard D. Whitney, Jr. wishes to subdivide Lot 6B  into Lots 6B-1 and 6B-2, portion of Fashion Plantation, located in Section 5, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner wishes for a waiver to the minimum required width for Lot 6B-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Richard D. Whitney, Jr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-59 for resubdivision of Lot 6B of a portion of Fashion Plantation into Lots 6B-1 and 6B-2 with a waiver from the required width for Lot 6B-2, Section 5,T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
