Title
An ordinance to name an unnamed private street located at 17063 Highway 631 in Des Allemands Rainbow Court.
Body
WHEREAS, for the purpose of identification by Emergency 911 Service and mail delivery a certain long driveway with rental trailers be named.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the unnamed private street at 17063 Highway 631 in Des Allemands is hereby named Rainbow Court (Private).
SECTION II. That a copy of this ordinance be sent to the St. Charles Parish Communications District, the St. Charles Parish Planning Department, and the U.S. Postal Service.
SECTION III. That the Parish Administration be directed to install the proper street sign on the appropriate street.
SECTION IV. If any word, clause, phrase, section or other portion of this ordinance shall be declared null, void, invalid, illegal, or unconstitutional, the remaining words, clause, phrases, sections and other portions oft his ordinance shall remain in full force and effect, the provisions of this ordinance hereby being declared to be severable.
SECTION V. That the adoption of this ordinance shall not affect the status of any private or public streets, regarding maintenance or any other public facilities or services, and is for identification purposes only.
