Title

A resolution providing supporting authorization to endorse the resubdivision of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, Square 104, Ellington Plantation Subdivision, municipal address 208 Third Street, 510 Milling Street, and 512 Milling Street, with a waiver from the required width as requested by Bourgeois Family Trust and AAA Family Trust.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the property owners request a resubdivision to create Lots 19A, 20A, 21A, 23A, and 24A; and,

WHEREAS,                     Lot 20A does not meet the required 60-foot width for the R-1A zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive the required width; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their October 11, 2018 meeting recommended approval of the resubdivision with said waiver.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this supporting authorization to endorse the resubdivision of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, Square 104, Ellington Plantation Subdivison into Lots 19A, 20A, 21A, 23A, and 24A with waivers from the required 60-foot width to 50-feet for Lot 20A as shown on a plat by Louis J. Gassen Jr., PLS dated August 8, 2018 and requested by Bourgeois Family Trust and AAA Family Trust.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the resolution was declared adopted this           day of                       , 2018, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
