RESOLUTION NO.  6013        

Title

A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer a letter of objection to Bunge North America, Inc., CUP #P20130949 for a permit to construct a shiploading system which will include a new dock, access bridge, conveyors and drive tower from the existing plant to the new dock, Section 6 T13S-R08E and Section 41 T13S-R09E, 12442 River Road, Destrehan, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:

      SECTION I.      That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer a letter of objection in connection with the application of Bunge North America, Inc., CUP #P20130949 for a permit to construct a shiploading system which will include a new dock, access bridge, conveyors and drive tower from the existing plant to the new dock, Section 6 T13S-R08E and Section 41 T13S-R09E, 12442 River Road, Destrehan, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

      SECTION II.      That the letter of objection shall be issued until all zoning issues are resolved.

SECTION III.      That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
