Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Annabel & Donald Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-42 for resubdivision of Lot P4-A, Pap's Place, into Lots P4-A1 and P4-A2 with waiver to required hard-surface frontage on Lot P4-A2, located in Sections 26 & 27, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La. Zoning District R-1A. Council District 1.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners Annabel & Donald Hogan, wish to subdivide Lot P4-A, Pap's Place, into Lots P4-A1 and P4-A2; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for Lot P4-A2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Annabel & Donald Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-42 for resubdivision of Lot P4-A, Pap's Place, into Lots P4-A1 and P4-A2, with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot P4-A2, Sections 26 & 27, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
