Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Nelda Candies and David B. Stidham, Jr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-101, allowing a waiver on the 50 foot frontage requirement to 15.03 feet. The property owner is hereby authorized to vary the frontage from 50 feet to 15.03 feet on Lot 5-B, Coteau de France of Ranson Tract, Section 48, T14S R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required frontage; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Nelda Candies and David E. Stidham wish to subdivide Lot 5 into Lots 5-A and 5-B Coteau de France of Ranson Tract, Section 48, T14S R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, LA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for minor resubdivision approval with the waiver to the minimum required frontage of Lot 5-B from 50 feet to 15.03 feet, as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-101.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
