RESOLUTION NO.                    

Title

A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to McCracken Enterprises, Inc., EC-20-000-3070, WQC020131-02, CUP #P20011806 for a permit to clear, grade, and fill a 232 acre tract to facilitate the construction of a residential neighborhood commercial development that will include a road from LA Hwy. 3127 into the development and 53 acres of preserved wetlands, west bank of the Mississippi River approximately 2.0 miles west of Interstate 310, near Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:

      SECTION I.      That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of McCracken Enterprises, Inc., EC-20-000-3070, WQC020131-02, CUP #P20011806 for a permit to clear, grade, and fill a 232 acre tract to facilitate the construction of a residential neighborhood commercial development that will include a road from LA Hwy. 3127 into the development and 53 acres of preserved wetlands, west bank of the Mississippi River approximately 2.0 miles west of Interstate 310, near Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

      SECTION II.      That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said McCracken Enterprises, Inc., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.

SECTION III.      That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
