Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Sylvia T. Somme to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2008-05 for survey and resubdivision of Lot A of a subdivision of Lot 137 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated August 20, 1965 into Lots A-1 and A-2, located in Section 42, T14S R20E at Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, La. by approving a waiver to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lot A-2.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the hard-surface frontage requirement; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner, Sylvia T. Somme wishes approval of survey and resubdivision of Lot A of a subdivision of Lot 137 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated August 20, 1965 into Lots A-1 and A-2, located in Section 42, T14S R20E at Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, La. with waiver to the hard-surface requirement for Lot A-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to provide mandatory supporting authorization to Sylvia T. Somme to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2008-05 for survey and resubdivision of Lot A of a subdivision of Lot 137 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated August 20, 1965 into Lots A-1 and A-2, located in Section 42, T14S R20E at Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, La. by approving a waiver to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lot A-2.
