Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Engineering Services Contract with Barowka and Bonura Engineers and Consultants, LLC. for the design of Parish Project No. P160302, Four-Year Road Maintenance Program (2016-19) and Subdivision Inspection.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to have Parish Project No. P160302, Four-Year Road Maintenance Program (2016-19) completed; and,
WHEREAS, this project requires professional services for the preparation of the annual road maintenance study, design, and administration of road repairs, overlays, shoulder and/or curb repair as determined by the Parishwide Priority Ranking System; and,
WHEREAS, this project also requires professional services for the review and inspection of subdivisions constructed within the Parish to ensure construction to Parish design standards; and,
WHEREAS, it is important that St. Charles Parish proceed with this project in order to protect the property and well-being of its citizens.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Contract with Barowka and Bonura Engineers and Consultants, LLC for the design of Parish Project No. P160302, Four-Year Road Maintenance Program (2016-19) and Subdivision Inspection be hereby accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Engineering Services Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
