Title

A resolution providing supporting authorization to endorse the preliminary plat approval of Ashton Plantation Estates, Phase 2-A, Lots 7 thru 47 in Luling with a waiver to the geometric standards of the Subdivision Ordinance for perpendicular or radial side lines for Lots 10 thru 13, 15 thru 23, 29, 30, 33, 34, and 40 thru 43, as requested by Ashton Plantation Estates, LLC.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive geometric standards of the Subdivision Ordinance for perpendicular or radial side lines; and,

WHEREAS,                     the applicant requested a waiver of the geometric standards of the Subdivision Ordinance for perpendicular or radial side lines for Lots 10 thru 13, 15 thru 23, 29, 30, 33, 34, and 40 thru 43; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Commission at their December 1, 2016 meeting recommended approval of the resubdivision with said waiver.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting authorization to endorse the preliminary plat approval of Ashton Plantation Estates, Phase 2-A, Lots 7 thru 47 in Luling with a waiver to the geometric standards of the Subdivision Ordinance for perpendicular or radial side lines for Lots 10 thru 13, 15 thru 23, 29, 30, 33, 34, and 40 thru 43, as requested by Ashton Plantation Estates, LLC.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the resolution was declared adopted this              day of                   , 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
