THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.                     .To amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification W to C-3 of the C. L. Bougere Estate lying between Airline Drive and Lake Pontchartrain, identified as Tract 7 on the survey by Riverlands Surveying Company, dated February 22, 2001, situated in Montz, St. Charles Parish, La. Council District 6 as requested by Succession of Thelma L. Bougere.

SECTION II.                     To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification of W to C-3 of the C. L. Bougere Estate lying between the Airline Drive and Lake Pontchartrain, identified as Tract 7 on the survey by Riverlands Surveying Company, dated February 22, 2001, situated in Montz, St. Charles Parish, La. Council District 6 as requested by Succession of Thelma L. Bougere.
