Title
An ordinance approving the subdivision of two certain portions of ground into lots 1 through 19 and 21 through 105 of Short-Cut Resort, Inc., St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
Body
WHEREAS, Short-Cut Resort, Inc. is the owner of two certain portions of property located in St. Charles Parish, more fully described in a sale between Remington Oil and Gas Corporation and Short-Cut Resort, Inc., dated August 24, 1999, in Sections 42, Township 15 South, Range 21 East, and Sections 37, Township 16 South, Range 21 East; and,
WHEREAS, Short-Cut Resort, Inc., has proposed to subdivide these two portions into Lots 1 through 19 and Lots 21 through 105, Short-Cut Resort as shown on a Final Plat prepared by C. Randall Dixon, and dated August 27, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has received all necessary waivers and approvals from the St. Charles Parish Planning Commission and the St. Charles Parish Council in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has no associated infrastructure to be dedicated to St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, all required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached subdivision of two certain portions of ground into lots 1 through 19 and 21 through 105 of Short-Cut Resort, Inc. is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President and the St. Charles Parish Council Chairman are hereby authorized to execute the attached Final Plat on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
