Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1M to O-L on 0.64 acre within the lower half of Lot 23, Fashion Plantation, 185 Sanders Lane, Hahnville, as requested by Geraldine Sanders and Ruth Tassin.

WHEREAS, the property owner endorses a request for rezoning from R-1M to O-L for a 0.64 acre portion of the lower half of Lot 23, Fashion Plantation, 185 Sanders Lane, Hahnville, as requested by Geraldine Sanders and Ruth Tassin; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of April 7, 2022.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1M to O-L for a 0.64 acre portion of the lower half of Lot 23, Fashion Plantation, 185 Sanders Lane, Hahnville, as requested by Geraldine Sanders and Ruth Tassin.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1M to O-L for a 0.64 acre portion of the lower half of Lot 23, Fashion Plantation, 185 Sanders Lane, Hahnville, as requested by Geraldine Sanders and Ruth Tassin.
SECTION III. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to make the corresponding change from Manufactured Home/Recreational Vehicle Park to Mixed Residential on the Future Land Use Map, adopted with Ordinance No. 11-6-11, amended by Ordinance No. 16-9-16.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
