Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Dwight, Jeanne and Gail Clement to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-46 for resubdivision of a portion of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract from the north right of way of Jefferson Highway to a lot acquired by Ralph J. Simoneaux COB 534 Folio 495 into Lots herein designated as Lots GC-1 and GC-2 of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract situated in Section 6, T12S R7E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, with waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot GC-2.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owners, Dwight, Jeanne and Gail Clement, wish to subdivide a portion of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract from the north right of way of Jefferson Highway to a lot acquired by Ralph J. Simoneaux COB 534 Folio 495 into Lots herein designated as Lots GC-1 and GC-2 of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner wishes for a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot GC-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Dwight, Jeanne and Gail Clement to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-46 for resubdivision of a portion of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract from the north right of way of Jefferson Highway to a lot acquired by Ralph J. Simoneaux COB 534 Folio 495 into Lots herein designated as Lots GC-1 and GC-2 of the Lawrence Clement, Sr. Tract situated in Section 6, T12S R7E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, with waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot GC-2.
