A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Keith Matherne to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-69 for resubdivision of Lot 18-A and Lot 18-A-1 of reservation No. 2 per a plan by R.P. Bernard, RLS dated 8/26/86, revised 7/24/89 into Lots herein designated at Lot 18B-1 and Lot 18C of reservation No. 2 situated in Section 37, T14S R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La. With a request for waivers from the required 50 ft. frontage. Zoning District R-1AM. Council District 4.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum width for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS,      property owner, Keith Matherne. wishes to Lot 18-A and Lot 18-A-1 of reservation No. 2 per a plan by R.P. Bernard, RLS dated 8/26/86, revised 7/24/89 into Lots herein designated at Lot 18B-1 and Lot 18C of reservation No. 2, located in Section 37, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner wishes for a waiver to the minimum required width for Lot 18C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Keith Matherne to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-69 for resubdivision of Lot 18-A and Lot 18-A-1 of reservation No. 2 per a plan by R.P. Bernard, RLS dated 8/26/86, revised 7/24/89 into Lots herein designated at Lot 18B-1 and Lot 18C of reservation No. 2 situated in Section 37, T14S R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La. with a request for waivers from the required 50 ft. frontage.
