RESOLUTION NO. 4936
Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to John & Melissa Martindale to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2001-54, allowing a waiver on the requirement for hard surface public street, cul du sac, and major subdivision approval process, except the requirements for electric service, water service, including a fire hydrant if necessary, telephone service, and cable service. The owners are hereby authorized to waive the required hard surface public street, cul du sac, and major subdivision approval process on the resubdivision of Lots 12-A, 12-B, 12-C, 12-D, and 12-E, located in Sections 38 and 39 T14S R20E, near Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La. as presented at the regular meeting of April 5, 2001, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2001-17.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the required hard surface public street, cul du sac, and major subdivision approval process, except the requirements for electric service, water service, including a fire hydrant if necessary, telephone service, and cable service; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, John & Melissa Martindale, wish to subdivide Lot 12 into Lots 12-A, 12-B, 12-C, 12-D, and 12-E without the required hard surface public street, cul du sac, and requirement to abide by the major subdivision approval process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision development outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2001-54, with the exception of the requirements for electric service, water service, including a fire hydrant if necessary, telephone service, and cable service.
