Title
An Ordinance to amend the 2000 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to provide funds for renovations necessary at the St. Charles Parish "One Stop" center to comply with federal mandates.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2000 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 99-11-1 on November 15, 1999; and amended February 7, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-2-1; March 20, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-3-4; April 3, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-4-4, June 5, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-6-3; and, August 21, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-8- , and;
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2000 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2000 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as "Exhibit A".

The foregoing Ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the Ordinance was declared adopted this ____ day of _____________, 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
