Title

An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 at property measuring 74.12 ft. front on LA Hwy. 18 by a depth along Paul Maillard Road of 116.86 ft. by a width of 70.79 ft. on its southern boundary line and a depth of 97.41 ft. on its western boundary line (the corner of River Road and Paul Maillard Road), as requested by Gregory Mollere.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 at property measuring 74.12 ft. front on LA Hwy. 18 by a depth along Paul Maillard Road of 116.86 ft. by a width of 70.79 ft. on its southern boundary line and a depth of 97.41 ft. on its western boundary line (the corner of River Road and Paul Maillard Road), as requested by Gregory Mollere.

SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from C-2 to C-3 at property measuring 74.12 ft. front on LA Hwy. 18 by a depth along Paul Maillard Road of 116.86 ft. by a width of 70.79 ft. on its southern boundary line and a depth of 97.41 ft. on its western boundary line (the corner of River Road and Paul Maillard Road), as requested by Gregory Mollere.
