Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission for PZSPU-2015-11 for a duplex/R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district with the stipulation that there shall be only 2 dwelling units on property at 12801 River Road, Luling, as requested by Betty & Donald Muller.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Section VI.C.[III.]1.c.(2) stipulates that R-3 uses in C-2 requires approval by the Planning Commission and Supporting Resolution by the Council; and,
WHEREAS, the applicants, Betty & Donald Muller desire to develop a duplex/R-3 use at 12801 River Road, Luling; and,
WHEREAS, at their meeting of May 7, 2015 meeting, the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of PZSPU-2015-11 to allow a duplex/R-3 use at 12801 River Road, Luling, which is zoned C-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission's decision to permit a duplex/R-3 use on land zoned C-2, located at 12801 River Road, Luling as requested by Betty and Donald Muller with the stipulation that there shall be only 2 dwelling units on said property.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
