Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from C-3 to R-1A(M) on 0.646 acres, a portion of Lot 153 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 228 Twin Bridge Road, Des Allemands, as requested by James Dugas III.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning from C-3 to R-1A(M) on 0.646 acres, a portion of Lot 153 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 228 Twin Bridge Road, Des Allemands, as requested by James Dugas III; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of May 6, 2021.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from C-3 to R-1A(M) on 0.646 acres, a portion of Lot 153 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 228 Twin Bridge Road, Des Allemands, as requested by James Dugas III.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from C-3 to R-1A(M) on 0.646 acres, a portion of Lot 153 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 228 Twin Bridge Road, Des Allemands, as requested by James Dugas III.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2021 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
