An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots 1, 52, & 54 in the Sub-Drainage District No. 1 of the Sunset Drainage District into Lots 1A, 1B, 52A, 52B, 54A, 54B located in Sections 38 & 39, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La., as requested by Chevron USA, Inc.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Chevron USA, Inc. are the owners of Lots 1, 52, & 54 in the Sunset Drainage District located in Sections 38 & 39, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana as indicated on a plat by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated May 26, 2006; and,

WHEREAS,                     the owners wish to subdivide Lots 1, 52, & 54 in the Sub-Drainage District No. 1 of the Sunset Drainage District into Lots 1A, 1B, 52A, 52B, 54A, 54B located in Sections 38 & 39, T14S R20E; and,

WHEREAS,                     the subdivision and development plan otherwise meet the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.                     That the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated May 26, 2006 for resubdivision of Lots 1, 52, & 54 in the Sub-Drainage District No. 1 of the Sunset Drainage District into Lots 1A, 1B, 52A, 52B, 54A, 54B located in Sections 38 & 39, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La., as requested by Chevron USA, Inc. is hereby approved and accepted.

                     The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
