Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Herschel Hill Jr. to endorse the Planning Board of Commissioners positive recommendation of PZSPU-2011-02 to allow development of an RV park on less than a 1-acre site with waivers to: the required hard-surface access per the Parish Subdivision regulations and to the required recreation area on Lots 5, 6, & 7 Canal Subdivision (Blueberry Hill Street) in Boutte.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive any zoning regulations associated with a special permit use; and,
WHEREAS,      the applicant wishes to develop an RV park on less than the required minimum 1-acre with a waiver to the requirement for approved hard-surface access per the Parish Subdivision regulations and to the required recreation area on Lots 5, 6, & 7 Canal Subdivision (Blueberry Hill Street) in Boutte; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning Board of Commissions recommendation for approved PZSPU-2011-02 with noted waivers; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning Commission stipulated the placement of a fence to the rear (South Kinler Street) side of the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for PZSPU-2011-02 to allow development of an RV park on less than the minimum 1-acre with waivers to the required hard-surface access per Parish Subdivision regulations and to the required recreation area, and for installation of a fence along the rear (South Kinler Street) side of Lots 5, 6 & 7 of Canal Subdivision (Blueberry Hill Street) in Boutte.
