An Ordinance to amend the 2002 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to adjust Beginning Fund Balances to Actuals and to adjust Revenues and Expenditures in various funds.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2002 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 01-10-13 on October 18, 2001; and amended February 15, 2002 by Executive Order 02-01; March 20, 2002 by Executive Order 02-02; March 25, 2002 by Ordinance No. 02-3-7; April 10, 2002 by Executive Order 02-03; May 6, 2002 by Ordinance No. 02-5-8; June 5, 2002 by Executive Order 02-04; August 5, 2002 by Ordinance No. 02-8-2; September 9, 2002 by Ordinance No. 02-9-10; October 1, 2002 by Executive Orders 02-05, 02-06, 02-07 and 02-08; October 8, 2002 by Executive Order 02-09; October 16, 2002 by Executive Order 02-10; and October 22, 2002 by Executive Orders 02-11 and 02-12; and
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2002 as shown by the Revision Schedule; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2002 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as "Exhibit A".

The foregoing Ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the Ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
