THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.                     An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-3 to OL on Lots 1, 2 & 3 of the Ciravolo Estate located at the northwest quarter of Section 1, T14S R20E near Boutte, St. Charles Parish as requested by E. J. Digirolamo, Marie D. Robert, Santa D. Trosclair, Nicholas Digirolamo, Grace D. Giroir, Betty D. Mire and Rose D. Songy.

SECTION II.                     To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-3 to OL on Lots 1, 2 & 3 of the Ciravolo Estate located at the northwest quarter of Section 1, T14S R20E near Boutte, St. Charles Parish as requested by E. J. Digirolamo, Marie D. Robert, Santa D. Trosclair, Nicholas Digirolamo, Grace D. Giroir, Betty D. Mire and Rose D. Songy.
