Title
A resolution asking the Administration to expedite engineering and construction for drainage improvements along U. S Highway 90 at LA 633 in Boutte.
Body
WHEREAS, the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development provided a cost estimate to the Parish of St. Charles for drainage improvements along U. S. Highway 90 at Highway 633 in Boutte; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4614 adopted February 1, 1999 unanimously adopted by the Parish Council authorized the Administration to proceed with the necessary steps for construction of drainage improvements along U.S. Highway 90 at LA 633 in Boutte; and,
WHEREAS, the Parish of St. Charles 2000 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget allocated funds in the amount of $237,000.00 for the construction of the drainage improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL do hereby ask the Administration to expedite engineering and construction for drainage improvements along U. S. Highway 90 at LA 633 in Boutte.
