Title: A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Clarence Francis Jr. & Barbara C. The owners are hereby authorized to waive the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage and access for Lot C-2, which is a resubdivision of Lot C, portion of Lot 7, Flaggville into Lots C-2 and C-3, located in Section 18, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, LA, as presented at the regular meeting of October 10, 2002, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2002-75.

Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Clarence Francis Jr. & Barbara C. Francis to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-75, allowing a waiver from the requirement for hard-surface public street frontage and access. The owners are hereby authorized to waive the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage and access for Lot C-2, which is a resubdivision of Lot C, portion of Lot 7, Flaggville into Lots C-2 and  C-3, located in Section 18, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, LA, as presented at the regular meeting of October 10, 2002, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2002-75.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage and access; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owners, Clarence Francis Jr. and Barbara C. Francis, wish to subdivide Lot C, portion of Lot 7 Flaggville into Lots C-2, and C-3 without  the requirement for hard-surface public street frontage and access on Lot C-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution for the resubdivision of Lot C, being a portion of Lot 7 Flaggville into Lots C-2 and C-3 with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage and access on Lot C-2, as outlined in the application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2002-75.
