Title

A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to HUEY J. RIVET; COE #: EH-19-990-2269; WQC #: 99-0422-11; CUP #: P990431, for a permit to construction a ±1,300' bulkhead.  Approximately 9,333 cu. yds. of fill will be dredged from a ±1,300' x 60' area in the bayou and placed uniformly across the 7.53 acre site.  Approximately 482 cu. yds. of rip rap will be hauled in and placed behind the bulkhead. BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:

SECTION I.  That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer no OBJECTION in connection with the application of

      Huey J. Rivet

for a permit to construction a ±1,300' bulkhead.  Approximately 9,333 cu. yds. of fill will be dredged from a ±1,300' x 60' area in the bayou and placed uniformly across the 7.53 acre site.  Approximately  482 cu. yds. of rip rap will be hauled in and placed behind the bulkhead. Approximately 7.53 acres of wetlands and 1.79 acres of water bottoms will be impacted as a result of this project in Bayou Gauche in St. Charles Parish.
