Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) and C-3 to R-1M on approximately 2.49 acres of a property designated Tract 1, Coteau De France, 117 Gwen Lane, Des Allemands as requested by Baron Tregle for White Boot Investments, Inc.
Body
WHEREAS, Baron Tregle for White Boot Investments, Inc. requests a rezoning from R-1A(M) and C-3 to R-1M on approximately 2.49 acres of a property designated Tract 1, Coteau De France, 117 Gwen Lane, Des Allemands as shown on the survey by Louis J. Gassen, Jr., PLS dated December 9, 2022, revised June 14, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting on June 6, 2024.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) and C-3 to R-1M on approximately 2.49 acres of a property designated Tract 1, Coteau De France, 117 Gwen Lane, Des Allemands as shown on the survey by Louis J. Gassen, Jr., PLS dated December 9, 2022, revised June 14, 2023, as requested by Baron Tregle for White Boot Investments, Inc.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1A(M) and C-3 to R-1M on approximately 2.49 acres of a property designated Tract 1, Coteau De France, 117 Gwen Lane, Des Allemands as shown on the survey by Louis J. Gassen, Jr., PLS dated December 9, 2022, revised June 14, 2023, as requested by Baron Tregle for White Boot Investments, Inc.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2024, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
