Title
A resolution to amend the Parish Council Rules to revise Rule 8. - #8. to provide that Resolutions which have been tabled shall only appear on two subsequent regular meeting Agendas.
Body
WHEREAS, the current Council Rules state that Ordinances which have been tabled shall only appear on two subsequent regular meeting Agendas; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to extend this rule to include Resolutions which would allow for unnecessary items to be removed from the Agenda and to be placed on the Agenda by their sponsor at such time as they are prepared to request action on them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby amend Rule 8. - #8. as follows:
