Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer objection to BAYOU FLEET, INC., EM-19-970-5027, for a permit to install and maintain two anchor piles, chains, and buoys for a barge fleeting facility, right descending bank of the Mississippi River, at a point about 124.6 miles above Head of Passes, near Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
            SECTION I.  That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer OBJECTION in connection with the application of Bayou Fleet, Inc. to install and maintain two anchor piles, chains, and buoys for a barge fleeting facility right descending bank of the Mississippi River, at a point about 124.6 miles above Head of Passes, near Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish.
SECTION II.  That the offer of objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Bayou Fleet, Inc., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III.  That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
