An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for Ashton Plantation Estates, Phase 1-A Subdivision, Luling, St. Charles Parish, LA, as requested by Ashton Plantation Estates, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS, Ashton Plantation Estates, LLC are the owners and developers of property located in Sections 87 & 97, T13S-R21E, Luling, St. Charles Parish, LA and indicated on a Final Plat prepared by Krebs, LaSalle, LeMieux Consultants, Inc., and dated November 21, 2005 as a Resubdivision of a portion of Tract 11 of Ashton Plantation in Sections 87 & 97, T13S-R20E; and Section 8, T13S-R20E into Square 1, Lots 1-3, 53-58 & 69-75; Square 2, Lots 1-48; Square 3, Lots 1-3; Square 4, Lots 1-14; Square 5, Lots 1-20; Square 6, Lots 1-9; Drain 1, Drain 2, Reserve A, Part of Reserve B, Reserve C, Reserve D, and Reserve E; and the dedication of Lac Laurier Drive, Lac Verret Drive, Lac Cypriere Drive, Lac Palourde Drive, Lac Iberville Drive, Lac Penchant Drive, Lac Borgne Drive, Lac Felicity Drive, Lac Lafreniere Court, and Lac Segnette Drive; St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has been constructed in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, all required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached Act of Dedication for Ashton Plantation Estates, Phase 1-A, located in Sections 87 & 97, T13S, R21E, Luling, St. Charles Parish, LA and indicated on a Final Plat prepared by Krebs, LaSalle, LeMieux Consultants, Inc., dated November 21, 2005 as a Resubdivision of a portion of Tract 11 of Ashton Plantation in Sections 87 & 97, T13S-R20E; and Section 8, T13S-R20E into Square 1, Lots 1-3, 53-58 & 69-75; Square 2, Lots 1-48; Square 3, Lots 1-3; Square 4, Lots 1-14; Square 5, Lots 1-20; Square 6, Lots 1-9; Drain 1, Drain 2, Reserve A, Part of Reserve B, Reserve C, Reserve D, and Reserve E; and the dedication of Lac Laurier Drive, Lac Verret Drive, Lac Cypriere Drive, Lac Palourde Drive, Lac Iberville Drive, Lac Penchant Drive, Lac Borgne Drive, Lac Felicity Drive, Lac Lafreniere Court, and Lac Segnette Drive; St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Final Plat and Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
