Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) for the Rehabilitation of the Fourth Street Pumping Station to increase the contract amount by $12,527.09.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 99-3-7 adopted March 8, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with R. L. Mixon Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Rehabilitation of the Fourth Street Pumping Station in the amount of $245,000.00; and,
SECTION II. That Ordinance No. 99-11-06 adopted November 2, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for the Rehabilitation of the Fourth Street Pumping Station to increase the contract amount by $28,968.51; and,
SECTION III. That it is necessary to increase the contract amount by $12,527.09.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) to the contract for the Rehabilitation of the Fourth Street Pumping Station to increase the contract amount by $12,527.09; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 1999, to become effective five (5) days after this publication in the Official Journal.
