Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P000503, Acadia Lane Canal Bank Stabilization, to balance contractual quantities with actual job quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02-7-4 adopted July 1, 2002 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with D & O Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Acadia Lane Canal Bank Stabilization; and,
WHEREAS, the project was completed by D & O Contractors, Inc. three (3) days ahead of the original completion date and $3.00 under the original contract price.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) - Final to the contract for the Acadia Lane Canal Bank Stabilization to reduce contract time by three (3) days and offer a $3.00 credit to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
