Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with JORDAN, JONES, & GOULDING for necessary Consulting Engineering Services associated with Parish Project No. P090302 RIVERBEND PUMP STATION AND JACK & BORES.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to have the following described project designed and constructed to wit:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Engineering services for Parish Project No. P090302 RIVERBEND PUMP STATION AND JACK & BORES will include but will not be limited to serving as Owner's professional engineering representative for the Project, providing professional engineering consultation and advice, and furnishing customary civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering services and construction engineering and inspection; and,
WHEREAS, the opinion of probable project budget is as follows:
Engineering Services $ 312,540
Construction $ 1,741,070
Other Project Cost $ 52,929
Advertising, Recordation, etc.
Land Acquisition, Right-of-Ways
Permits, Surveying
Soil Testing, Project Inspection
TOTAL PROJECT BUDGET $ 2,106,539
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between JORDAN, JONES, & GOULDING and the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
SECTION III. That the necessary funds for the total project budget in the amount of $ 2,106,539 be allocated to the above described project and appropriated from the ROADS AND DRAINAGE (112) Fund.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
