Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Clint T. Jacobs to endorse the Planning Board of Commissioners positive recommendation to waive the opaque fencing on the sides and rear of the storage area and a waiver to required 10' landscape buffer around the storage area for the approved special permit (PZSPU-2012-04) to operate a towing yard, at 14001 Hwy. 90, Boutte.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive any zoning regulations associated with a special permit use; and,
WHEREAS,      the applicant requested a waiver the opaque fencing requirement on the sides and rear of the storage area and to waive the required 10' landscape buffer around the storage area; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning Board of Commissioners approved PZSPU-2012-04 and recommended approval of the noted waivers; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning Commission stipulated that if the neighboring property is ever developed the fence would have to be installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to   waive to opaque fencing on the sides and rear of the storage area and to waive the required 10' landscape buffer around storage area for the towing yard approved under PZSPU-2012-04 at 14001 Hwy. 90, Boutte, with the condition that if the neighboring property is ever developed the fence would have to be installed.
