Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning classification from R-1A to C-2 on Lots 14 and 15 of Square 19 of Lot D Subdivision of Good Hope Subdivision, fronting undeveloped Barreca Street in Norco as requested by Airline and Apple, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS,      Lots 14 and 15 of Square 19 of the Lot D Subdivision of Good Hope are zoned R-1A and vacant; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner has requested a change of zoning from R-1A to C-2; and,
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommend approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request at its regular meeting of January 16, 2014.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, to approve the land use zoning classification change from R-1A to C-2 on Lots 14 and 15 of Square 19 of Lot D Subdivision of Good Hope Subdivision, fronting undeveloped Barreca Street in Norco and shown on a survey by Richmond Krebs, PLS as requested by Airline and Apple, LLC.
      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to C-2 on Lots 14 and 15 of Square 19 of Lot D Subdivision of Good Hope Subdivision, fronting undeveloped Barreca Street in Norco and shown on a survey by Richmond Krebs, PLS as requested by Airline and Apple, LLC.
