An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from B-1 to B-2 on a certain portion of land on the batture of the Mississippi River in Section 3, T13S, R20E, Hahnville; LA as shown on a survey by BFM Corporation date February 15, 1985; as requested by the Giambelluca Land Development Company, Inc.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from B-1 to B-2 on a certain portion of land on the batture of the Mississippi River in Section 3, T13S, R20E, Hahnville; LA as shown on a survey by BFM Corporation date February 15, 1985; as requested by the Giambelluca Land Development Company, Inc.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification B-1 to B-2 on a certain portion of land on the batture of the Mississippi River in Section 3, T13S, R20E, Hahnville; LA as shown on a survey by BFM Corporation date February 15, 1985; as requested by the Giambelluca Land Development Company, Inc.
