Title

An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles providing that the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles, be amended by revising Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of said Code, to provide for the installation of FOUR-WAY "STOP" signs at the intersection of Spruce Street and Fourth Street, Norco.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     SECTION I.                     Traffic control signs have been posted by the Department of Public Works since the adoption of Ordinance No. 82-10-9.

                     SECTION II.                     In accordance with Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to order the erection, removal and location of such traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings as provided in the chapter or any amendments thereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, DO HEREBY ORDAIN that FOUR-WAY "STOP" signs be installed at the intersection of Spruce Street and Fourth Street, Norco.
