Title

An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Parcel A of Angel Park addition to Mosella Townsite Subdivision and original Lot 9, Blk. 14 into Lots A1, A2, 3A, 4A, & 9B, with a waiver to the minimum frontage for Lots A-1 and A-2, at 200 Ruth Street and 102 Angel Drive Boutte, Zoning District R-1A and C-3, Council District 4, as requested by Terry & Josie Authement and Salvador A. Puglise.

Body

WHEREAS,                     At their August 6, 2015 meeting, the Planning Commission recommended __________ of PZS-2015-29, a resubdivision of Parcel A of Angel Park addition to Mosella Townsite Subdivision and original Lot 9, Blk. 14 into Lots A1, A2, 3A, 4A, & 9B, with a waiver to the minimum frontage for Lots A-1 and A-2, at 200 Ruth Street and 102 Angel Drive Boutte, Zoning District R-1A and C-3, Council District 4, as requested by Terry & Josie Authement and Salvador A. Puglise; and,

WHEREAS,                     The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) stipulates that consideration of a minor resubdivision and resubdivisions with waiver requests by the Planning and Zoning Commission also requires approval by the St. Charles Parish Council.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.                     That PZS-2015-25, a resubdivision of Parcel A of Angel Park addition to Mosella Townsite Subdivision and original Lot 9, Blk. 14 into Lots A1, A2, 3A, 4A, & 9B, with a waiver to the minimum frontage for Lots A-1 and A-2, at 200 Ruth Street and 102 Angel Drive Boutte, Zoning District R-1A and C-3, Council District 4, as requested by Terry & Josie Authement and Salvador A. Puglise is hereby approved.

SECTION II.                     The Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached surveys by Lucien C Gassen, dated June 26, 2015.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
