A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Audie Hall Brown to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-20 to approve a waiver to the frontage requirement to allow 18.1 ft. on Lot B-2 and 102 ft on Lot B-1 required hard-surface public street frontage stub out located 40, T12S R9E, near St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, La.

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the requirement for hard-surface frontage; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner, Audie Hall Brown, wishes to have resubdivision approval of the remaining unsubdivided portion of Lot 44, Almedia Plantation into Lots B-1 and B-2, with waiver to frontage requirement to allow 18.1 ft. on Lot B-2 and 102 ft on Lot B-1; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the resubdivision with the waiver to the minimum required hard surface frontage with the stipulation that the property will remain in residential use and that this stipulation shall be included in the deeds of further transfers of properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Audie Hall Brown for survey and resubdivision of the remaining unsubdivided portion of Lot 44, Almedia Plantation into Lots B-1 and B-2, located in Section 40, T12S R9E, near St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, La. with waiver to frontage requirement to allow 18.1 ft. on Lot B-2 and 102 ft on Lot B-1, and with the stipulation that the property will remain in residential use and that this stipulation shall be included in the deeds of further transfers of properties.
